I joined bible study January of 2018 and from the day I walked into the first session, I knew I would gain so much more than I even imagined. Not only did I deepen my relationship with Christ, but I was also blessed with a community of supporters and believers that continue to show up and show love no matter what the cause. When I first started with Juliana I didn’t know what to expect from a female trainer. Normally when I trained with someone it was a male. She has definitely lived up to her part as a woman targeting the areas most men don’t understand is a struggle for women to get right. I came to her for my goal which was a weightloss of 20 pounds for my birthday and I reached my goal. I can say out of all the people I have trained with, I’ve seen the most results with her. I love the fact she plays motivational music while exercising and gives us motivational speeches while working out when we get really tired. I’ve lost weight to the point it’s noticeable and recommend her to friends to come get trained. I think she’s doing an amazing job!
